Orders and Payment
All orders must be confirmed in writing. A deposit may be required for custom orders. Full payment is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved payment methods.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders, and 72 hours for custom or large orders. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
While we accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when possible, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen facilities. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order.
